Preparing for a Cashless School in SeptemberWe are driven by our desire to provide a positive, safe and stimulating environment.
From September we will be operating a cashless system for all school meals and school visits. Please download the parentmail app on your phone or tablet and set up an account.
Cashless from September 2020
After listening to many parent requests, and for safety reasons related to the Covid 19 pandemic, Tinsley Meadows is going cashless from September 2020. You will have to pay for your child’s meals, trips and uniform online as well as book your child’s meal choices for the week online using Parentmail.
This service is used by over 6,000 schools, nurseries and children’s clubs.
ParentMail will be beneficial to you because you can:
- Use a free mobile app on Android and iOS to pick up school messages instantly.
- Top up dinner money or pay for schools trips/items in just a few taps.
- Complete forms, give consent/permissions and give feedback on surveys.
Our ParentMail service is now live.
Registering with ParentMail is very easy! Over the next few weeks you will be sent either an email and/or text message from ParentMail. When you receive this, please just follow the instructions in the message and make sure that you register your details.
Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we highly recommend you download the ParentMail App for the best user experience. To do this, simply search for “ParentMail” in your App store.
